El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el escrito de corrección presentado seguía sin contener una carga argumentativa suficiente y específica que permitirá inferir una posible inconstitucionalidad de la norma cuestionada.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación verificó que el demandante incurrió en una falta de motivación, lo que impidió emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ, por improcedente, el recurso formulado.
